For the second time this week, All-Pro linebacker Bobby Wagner is visiting with a potential suitor.
Earlier this week, Wagner met with the Los Angeles Rams. A few days later, he had a visit lined up with the Baltimore Ravens.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler was first to report the news of Wagner’s visit with the Ravens. “All-Pro free agent linebacker Bobby Wagner visited the Baltimore Ravens today, per source.
Ravens have high interest in Wagner, who also visited the Rams this week,” Fowler announced on Friday night.
“Listen don’t hype me up and when I see ESPN later this week I see Bob in another uniform that’s not ours,” Lamar Jackson tweeted.
“Let’s get it,” Marlon Humphrey wrote. Wagner, 31, is still playing at a high level.
This past season, he had 170 combined tackles, five pass breakups, an interception and one sack.
If the Ravens sign Wagner this offseason, he should immediately improve the middle of their defense.
